I get it. As both a teacher and mom of three teenagers, I know firsthand how challenging it is to balance our kids’ tech use while teaching them healthy habits. We all ask, “When is screen time too much?” or “How do I talk to my kids about what they’re doing online? or "Are bans the way to go?”

The truth is, our kids need us all to show up—not just to set limits, but to understand their world. That’s where digital wellness and media literacy come in. Digital wellness and media literacy are about more than just cutting down on screen time—it’s about teaching our kids how to be smart, safe, and healthy online.

Here’s how I help:

For Parents: I guide you in setting screen time limits that stick, encouraging open conversations with your kids about their online life, and creating a balanced approach to tech use without the constant battles. You can use self-guided tools from the Toolkit, or work with me 1:1.

For Schools: I work with schools and educators to build digital literacy into the community that supports staff and students. We'll focus on the skills they need to navigate the digital world in a balanced, responsible and successful way—whether it’s managing devices in the classroom or promoting positive online behavior.

My approach is different.

I believe in partnering with our kids, not policing them. That means listening, having conversations, and giving them a voice in how they use technology—while setting clear, loving boundaries. We won’t be banning phones or lecturing about screen time. Instead, we’ll work together to model and teach digital wellness, so our kids feel empowered to make healthier choices on their own.

Whether you're struggling with setting limits, worried about social media, or just trying to figure out where to start, I’m here to help you—and your child—navigate the digital world with more confidence, peace, and balance.

Let’s make digital wellness a part of everyday life—both at home and at school.
